NorBAR is pleased to welcome CalFIRE to our Marketing Meetings as part of our commitment to providing our members with timely, relevant information that helps protect clients, properties, and communities.
These 15-minute presentations will equip members with current requirements for Zone 0, vegetation management, defensible space, and key wildfire preparedness considerations affecting homeowners and property transactions. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to CalFIRE and gain insights to share with clients.

About the Requirement: NAR requires each REALTOR® member to complete a Code of Ethics (COE) course every 3 years – the current cycle 8 ends December 31, 2027.
